1,400 years ago. Bilal, a seven-year-old boy, finds himself with his sister under the tyranny of slavery. He bears many burdens of life in his childhood from which he discovers inner strength he did not know he possessed before. Bilal knew from the bottom of his heart that he must be brave enough to raise his voice and choose his own path, and that everything is possible with determination. His courage was able to undo his handcuffs and set him free. His strong beautiful voice was a real gift from the Creator, but the voice of faith has made his childhood dream come true.



Bilal- Awarded as "the Best inspiring movie" at Animation Day in Cannes

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, May 19, 2016 - Animation movie "Bilal" from the producer and co-Director Ayman Tariq Jamal was awarded as "Best Inspiring Movie" on the Animation day in Cannes during Cannes Film Festival, it is the first Animation film produced by Emirates / Saudi team winning an Award in Cannes, and the first production of Barajoun Entertainment Inc. from Dubai, where Bilal was completely made over.

The award was presented by “Mr. Bruno Chatelin" -Organizer in charge of the Animation Day at Cannes film festival and former director of Sony and Fox studios in Europe.

Mr. Chatelin expressed his joy for the large presence of what he called "Animation that matters “movies at the Animation Day, focusing on the importance of the message these films are offering to the world. “Ms. Laurie Gordon" - director of the ‘Montreal Animation Festival‘, also highlighted her appreciation for the peace message carried by “Bilal Movie” to the world expressing her great happiness to get closely acquainted with a film coming from the Arabian Gulf region.

 Mr. Ayman Tariq Jamal also participated in the panel debate by asserting that the film defied all the stereotypes that global production companies are looking for, and nevertheless Bilal managed to reach many festivals and distributors and get their attention and interests in such stories.  Which gives a lot of optimism about the future of the Animation movie production in the region.

It is worth mentioning that Bilal also participated as an official selection in "Annecy Festival"  2016,France (the largest Animation film festival globally)

And it was also announced by Gulf film the distributor of Bilal movie that Bilal will be in screens in the region on September 8.

"Bilal" was nominated for the award "Asia Pacific Screen Awards" under the category of "Best Animated Film"

 Dubai, 2016: Animation film "Bilal" officially Award "Asia Pacific Screen Awards", which is one of the most important film awards in the Asian continent and the Pacific Ocean, which will be held at the end of the month of November, in the city of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.
